Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) is simply the ratio between the cost of buying the media and the amount of revenue generated from those ads
    • Revenue divided by Spend
    • Example: 
      • Cost = $10,052
      • Revenue =$81,310
        • 81,310/10,052 = 8:1 ROAS
  • Return on Ad Spend is one of the performance metrics that SteelHouse can input into our adaptive adserver as a target performance goal
