Under the Retargeting tab, I noticed that the thumb-tiles are showing that my campaign has not served to any users, yet my Reporting platform shows it has. How can I fix that?

When you are looking at data from an analytic standpoint always refer to the Reporting Platform. Our server focuses on developing the data in that portion of the User Interface first and foremost. 

The data that is developed in the thumb-tiles of your campaigns is a combination of data from your Audience tab and your Reporting tab, therefore is not in real time and takes quite a bit longer to develop.

The data in the thumb-tiles is simply for an advertiser to enter and get a snap shot of what type of campaigns they are running and how many users the campaigns are being served to, not meant as use for any kind of analytical judgements.
